Pre-launch deals in Gurgaon are always tempting, but I'm not sure if they're actually better. I'm looking at Raheja projects in Sector 95, upgrading from my 2BHK. Builders often inflate super area numbers too, right? Is early-bird pricing for a 3BHK really a discount ya just market hype? What's the real ROI compared to ready-to-move?
