Kya DLF The Aralias jaise projects mein construction quality actually justify karti hai itna premium price? I'm thinking of upgrading from my 2BHK to a 3BHK, already have a home loan. Yaar, investor perspective se, resale value aur long-term maintenance bahut important hai. Bohot baar dekha hai ki after 2-3 saal, cracks aur seepage issues aane lagte hain, which really affects property value. Tenant attraction par bhi farak padta hai. What specifically should one look for during under-construction site visits to gauge actual quality? Aur full flat power backup ka kya scene hai?
