Gurgaon price rally feels unsustainable

Gurgaon's current property prices are just insane. I'm eyeing a 2BHK near Dwarka Expressway, but even those are touching ₹1.5 Cr. Is this price rise sustainable, ya fir correction aayega? My parents bol rahe hain wait karo. Will sectors like Golf Course Extension Road keep appreciating so fast? What's your take?

Totally agree, bhai! Mera bhi same haal hai. Ek 2BHK dekh raha tha Badshahpur side, socha thoda affordable hoga, but wahan bhi builders ne rates itne badha diye hain ki budget hil gaya hai. Lagta hai wait karna hi padega.
