Property prices in Gurgaon have shot up 15-20% in the last year, especially in Golf Course Extension Road aur Dwarka Expressway par. Honestly, I'm finding a 3BHK for under ₹2 Cr almost impossible now. Everyone's saying market bohot strong hai, but is this current insane price rise actually sustainable till 2026? Ya fir we're just setting up for a big correction? I mean, ₹2.5 Cr for a 2BHK in Sector 65 feels wild. I'm looking at Sector 102-113 but even there prices are already quite high. Sab bolte hain maximum appreciation Dwarka Expressway par aayegi, but after completion, will it just plateau? I think current prices are already inflated for end-users like me. Change my mind, because I'm genuinely worried about buying at the peak.
