Gurgaon project amenities are mostly overhyped marketing.
Honestly, I'm so fed up of renting, especially after my landlord hiked rent again. Finally taking the plunge, but Gurgaon mein property search is a headache. I'm looking at Dreamhome Heritage Max and other projects. My main concern is ki builders jo amenities promise karte hain, kya woh actually deliver bhi hoti hain? Brochure mein dikhaate kuch aur hain, but possession pe sometimes it's totally different. Like, clubhouse and green areas. Are they actually well-maintained and usable, ya phir bas naam ke liye hain? I'm worried about the long-term maintenance costs and resale value if the amenities are just shoddy. For an investor, tenant attraction is key, right? If facilities aren't up to mark, it's a problem. Kya lagta hai, do these amenities really justify the premium pricing? Any experiences with promised vs delivered reality? Hope this helps someone else too.
