Gurgaon project amenities are often just for show
We need to finalize our 3BHK by year-end for the kids' school admissions, and I'm looking at Signature Global Cloverdale SPR. My wife's priority is a safe environment and usable amenities, especially the clubhouse. I'm worried about the construction quality after a year or two. Will we see cracks or seepage? Are those big clubhouses actually used daily, or do they become ghost facilities? Maintenance charges get high, so I want to know if the actual service quality justifies it. Is it really worth it for a family?

My biggest worry is exactly what you said, construction quality after a few years. It's an upcoming project, so you can't even see the finished product.
