Okay I'll say what no one says – builders promise these grand amenities, like Sobha Crescent does, but kitna actually deliver hota hai? I work in real estate, I know the brochure vs reality game. Clubhouses, swimming pools – after a year, they often look sad, ya fir barely used. Does that fancy gym *really* add to my resale value or attract a premium tenant, especially when maintenance charges are so high? Ya sirf PLC add karne ka tareeka hai? Change my mind.
