Gurgaon project quality: What's your ground reality?
What's the real story with construction quality in new Gurgaon projects after a few months? Just moved into JMS Prime Land about three months ago, and I'm already seeing some minor cracks near doorframes and a bit of seepage in one bathroom. Honestly, I'm worried about the long-term maintenance costs and how this affects future resale value or attracting good tenants. Got me thinking about the amenities too. The brochure looked amazing, but some things feel a bit flimsy or just not quite what was promised. Does anyone feel these issues are common across most societies here? Are the higher maintenance charges justified for these kinds of initial snags? What's been your experience with builders addressing these post-possession? Really keen to hear from others who've been in their flats for a year or two.

Bhai, I was also looking at JMS Prime Land, the ₹1.7 Cr – ₹2.2 Cr range for a new project in Gurgaon sounds good on paper, but if quality issues start showing up in just 3 months, it's a huge red flag. My broker was pushing it, saying it's a good investment. Now I'm seriously reconsidering. Is this common for projects in this price bracket?
Haan, bilkul common hai! Most new constructions in Gurgaon have these initial snags. My cousin
