Gurgaon projects: Actual construction quality and support experiences?

Visited a couple of 3BHK projects last weekend, one by Godrej in Sector 84 and an M3M one on Dwarka Expressway. Prices are insane, around ₹2 Cr. My main worry hai construction quality aur post-booking customer support. Builders like DLF, M3M, Godrej, in mein se kiska track record better hai? Matlab, finishing issues, seepage, ya hidden charges baad mein kitne aate hain? Parents bolte hain ye sab check karo. Any experiences with their service after booking?
