Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city, mostly for investment. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits aren't easy. I'm looking at Signature Global City Phase 1, but construction quality worries me a lot. Builders often promise good stuff, but after a year, seepage issues ya cracks dikhne lagte hain, not sure if it's true for all projects though. How bad is the reality for long-term ROI and tenant attraction? Also, power backup ka kya scene hai? Full flat backup ya just common areas? As an NRI investor, I need to know these things before I commit. What's your experience with long-term maintenance costs?

Yaar, Signature Global ka naam sunte hi thoda darr lagta hai. Construction quality ka issue toh inka purana hai. Mere ek friend ne Badshahpur mein ek project liya tha, 2 saal mein hi bathroom se seepage start ho gayi thi. NRI investors ke liye toh aur mushkil hai verify karna, especially for investment properties.
Sahi baat hai bhai, meri bhi yahi tension hai. Quality pe bahut compromise karte hain yeh log.
