I'm so fed up of renting, yaar, landlord ne rent badha diya phir se, so finally taking the plunge. Ansal Investors Desire 2 jaisi properties mein construction quality kitni real hoti hai? Matlab, ek saal baad cracks, seepage issues kitne common hain? Does this really hit resale value ya tenant attraction? Aur jo promised amenities hote hain, like big clubhouses, woh sirf showpiece hain ya actually use hote hain? Does that premium for amenities ever translate to better rent ya long-term value? Batao kya experience hai sabka.

Ansal Investors Desire 2 ka price range 2.6 Cr – 3 Cr hai, aur agar usmein units zero dikha raha hai, toh bahut red flag hai. Better hai ki koi RERA registered, under-construction project dekho jismein actual progress ho. Ya phir resale mein jao for peace of mind. Naye projects mein bahut risk hai, especially for such a big amount.
Mujhe toh lagta hai Gurgaon mein current market conditions mein prices inflated hain. Builders ko pata hai ki demand hai, toh kuch bhi quote kar rahe hain. Quality control ka toh naam hi nahi hai. It's a buyer beware market right now.
Sahi baat hai, especially for first-time buyers like us. We don't have enough experience to differentiate between good and bad projects. It's so confusing.
Amenities ka toh poochho hi mat. Most of the time, they are just for show. Clubhouses are empty, pools are not maintained, gyms have old equipment. And yes, they add a huge premium to the price. Resale mein barely koi value add hoti hai unki, unless it's a super high-end, functional amenity package.
Haan yaar, quality toh ekdum lottery ho gayi hai Gurgaon mein. My cousin bought in a 'luxury' project in Sector 65, within 2 years, kitchen ki pipe burst ho gayi. Builder ne haath khade kar diye. Jab 2.6 Cr se 3 Cr de rahe ho, toh expect karte ho ki sab theek hoga na?
2.6 Cr – 3 Cr mein Ansal? Uff. Is price range mein toh aapko better options mil sakte hain, maybe thoda Aerocity se dur, but with a more reputable builder. Don't rush into it just because rent is high.
Totally agree. My biggest fear is getting a home jismein har do din mein kuch repair nikalta rahe. What's the point of owning if you're constantly fixing? And Ansal ka toh track record waise bhi mixed reviews wala hai.

Bhai, Ansal Investors Desire 2? Uska toh total units zero dikha raha hai online. Matlab, project kabhi start hi nahi hua ya cancel ho gaya? Please double check yaar, nahi toh tumhara paisa phans sakta hai. Gurgaon mein aise bahut builders hain jo sirf paper pe project launch karte hain.
