Gurgaon projects' kids play areas are just a checkbox

Okay I'll be honest — Gurgaon mein builders ka children's play area ka concept bilkul hi off hai. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 62, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, maybe Signature Global City Phase 1. But jab main site visit karta hoon, play areas dekh ke lagta hai bas ek checkbox tick kiya hai. Matlab, kya kids actually use karenge woh two swings aur ek slide? Everyone glorifies these 'family-friendly' projects but nobody talks about how pathetic the actual facilities are. It's not worth the premium, na? Is it just me, or are these supposed amenities just for show? Change my mind.
