Honestly, the fit and finish even in some premium places look questionable during site visits. My main worry is how quickly issues like cracks or seepage appear post-possession. That directly hits future maintenance costs and tenant attraction, right? I don't want constant repairs eating into profits. Also, promised amenities like a fancy clubhouse – are they actually maintained well, or just money pits increasing maintenance charges without adding real tenant value or resale premium? My parents keep saying to check maintenance service quality. Ab samajh nahi aa raha if these amenities even justify the premium.
