Looking at Signature Global City Phase 1. As an investor, I'm worried about construction quality affecting resale. Do minor cracks or seepage issues after a year really deter tenants or hit future sale price? Also, are maintenance charges actually fair for the service quality, or do they just keep increasing without value? Want to avoid a money pit.

Totally valid concerns, bhai! I'm also looking at projects around Airport Road and the fear of construction quality is real. Signature Global ka naam sunke toh waise bhi thoda darr lagta hai, especially with those price ranges (₹92 L – ₹1.7 Cr). Maintenance charges toh sabse bada headache hain, they always start low and then skyrocket. Kaise trust karein ki paisa value for money hai?
Exactly! I live in a different project in Baliawas, and within two years, the exterior paint started peeling, and there's constant waterlogging in the basement after heavy rains. Builder promises were all on paper. We even tried to complain to the RWA, but they're often hand-in-glove with the builder. For Signature Global City Phase 1, the RERA number GGM/656/388/2022/131DATED23.12.2022 is there, but getting them to fix issues post-possession is a nightmare, trust me. You really need to inspect every corner before taking possession in 2024-04-01.
Maintenance charges toh loot hai! Mere dost ka experience hai, initially ₹3/sqft bola, ab ₹5/sqft ho gaya hai ek saal mein. Aur service? Bas naam ki. Gym band pada hai, swimming pool bhi ganda rehta hai. Total waste of money.
Sahi pakde ho, U1! Airport Road ke paas ke projects mein ye quality ka issue common hai. Builder sirf finishing pe dhyaan dete hain, structure pe nahi.
