But I'm honestly wondering ki kitna real hota hai at possession? Like, woh fancy clubhouse ya swimming pool, kya woh actually maintain hote hain ya bas show-piece ban jaate hain? My main concern is resale value and attracting good tenants later. If amenities aren't up to mark, it's a problem. Also, maintenance charges ka kya scene hai? Do they justify the services ya bas monthly bill aata rehta hai? Koi experience share kar sakta hai Gurgaon ke projects mein? Especially about promised amenities vs what's actually delivered.

For CBS Luxury Builder Floors, I heard it's completed already, possession date was Sept 2023. Can anyone confirm if the amenities are actually functional there?
Totally feel you, U1! Yeh amenities wala doubt toh mereko bhi bahut satata hai. My friend bought in a project near Airport Road, aur uska swimming pool toh 6 mahine se band pada hai cleaning ke chakkar mein. Maintenance charges pura le rahe hain, but facilities zero. Is it the same with CBS too?
