posted on 10 MayGurgaon projects: The amenity trap no one discusses
Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. Everyone glorifies the fancy amenities in places like AIPL Rhythm Residences 2, but nobody talks about how much actual usable carpet area you get. Sujjan Vihar might seem basic, but their floor plans look so much more efficient, yaar. Isn't it better to have practical space than a swimming pool you'll use twice a year? I'm just trying to figure out which one is genuinely better for living, not just looking good on brochures. Change my mind.

Totally agree with this! I visited AIPL Rhythm Residences 2 last month and the sample flat looked amazing, but when the sales guy started talking about the actual carpet area vs. super area, mera toh dimag hi ghoom gaya. It felt like I was paying for air and a lavish lobby, not for space inside my home. Sujjan Vihar ka toh idea hi nahi tha, thanks for bringing it up.
Exactly! Did they even tell you the exact carpet area percentage for AIPL Rhythm Residences 2? I
