Gurgaon projects: water supply issues affecting investment?
Gurgaon's water supply reliability is my biggest concern for investment. Laburnum Victory Floors 88A mein water supply ka kya haal hai? Tanker dependency kitni rehti hai? Isse resale value ya tenant attraction par farak padta hai? Elevator service kaisi hai?

2026-12-01 possession date hai aur abhi se itne doubts? ₹3 Cr invest karke bhi tanker dependency? This feels like a huge risk for an upcoming project. Aur only 8 units, will the RWA be strong enough to manage these issues?
Small RWA
RWA will be small given only 8 units. That's a good point you raised. Have they shared any details about water arrangements?
But it's Laburnum Victory Floors, right? Builder ka naam toh suna hai. ₹2.9 Cr – ₹3.3 Cr for just 8 units, that's supposed to be premium. Kya really itna issue hai water ka? Aur elevator service ka kya scene hai? High-end projects mein bhi yeh problem?
Sahi kaha, mere relatives Badshahpur mein rehte hain, unke yahan bhi same problem hai. Tanker ka bill alag se aata hai.
Bhai, premium ho ya non-premium, water issue is real in Gurgaon. Sector 88A is still developing. Airport Road side ke projects mein bhi sometimes it's an issue. Builders promise borewell connections but rely on tankers initially. Elevator service depends on maintenance, but if power cuts are frequent due to water issues, that's another headache.

Sahi keh rahe ho. Mera friend Dwarka Expressway side Basai gaon ke paas rehta hai, unko bhi tanker se kaam chalana padta hai. Resale mein bohot problem aati hai aise cases mein. Builder bolte kuch hain, hota kuch hai, aur ye upcoming project hai, toh risk aur zyada hai.
Haan yaar, water issue toh big problem hai Gurgaon mein. Specially in new sectors. Laburnum ka price range bhi high hai for this uncertainty.
