Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 63, Golf Course Extension Road. Fed up of renting yaar, landlord ne rent badha diya fir se. Finally taking the plunge, EMI vs rent math ab sahi lag raha hai. Dekha ek project Corona Group ka, brochure price toh theek laga for a 3BHK, around ₹2.2 Cr. But I'm honestly not sure about the true all-in cost. Stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, interiors—yeh sab milaake kitna upar jaata hai total? Builder bol raha hai pre-launch offer chal raha hai, but is early-bird actually a discount in Gurgaon? Yaar, baad mein bhi same price ho jaata hai kya? Any experiences on this? Kya kisi ko pata hai kitna realistic additional cost expect karna chahiye beyond the base price? Aur pre-launch offers pe trust karna chahiye kya?
