Gurgaon property costs: Stamp duty ka kya karein?
₹1.9 Cr for a 3BHK in U Block from Ocean Seven Buildtech, that's what I was quoted last month. My kids have moved out, so I'm looking for something manageable. But the stamp duty and registration charges felt like a big surprise. Broker bola yeh toh fixed hai. Is there any actual way to reduce these government costs in Gurgaon? Or are they just part of the deal? Also, maintenance charges ka kya scene hai after possession?

Haan bhai, same pinch! Gurgaon mein property lena sapna lagta hai, aur phir yeh stamp duty aur registration charges dekh ke toh aadhi himmat toot jaati hai. Broker toh bas 'fixed hai' bolke nikal jaate hain. Koi genuine tareeka nahi hai kya isko kam karne ka?
