Honestly, I'm confused about market timing. My parents say Gurgaon has peaked, especially for a 2BHK in sectors like 65. But then I see all the Dwarka Expressway buzz and projects by DLF, M3M. Should I wait for a correction ya jump in now? Is the appreciation *really* still strong for the next few years?
