Gurgaon property: Hidden charges are a real problem
Visited Krrish Provence Estate and AVL 36 last month; honestly, I'm finding it tough to decide. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a whole different headache, yaar. Looking for a 3BHK around Golf Course Extension, budget up to 3 Cr. Krrish Provence ka delivery track record kaisa hai? Did they actually stick to timelines, ya delays hote hain? Aur AVL 36 ke liye bhi same question. Also, construction quality mein kitna difference hai? Matlab, plaster cracks, seepage, finishing issues – which builder handles these better post-possession? Aur hidden charges ka kya scene hai? PLC, EDC, maintenance deposits – did anyone get surprised with extra costs at handover from either Krrish or AVL? Need some real, off-the-record opinions before I commit. Thanks!
