Gurgaon property: Hidden costs nobody talks about
Visited a couple of projects in Sector 61, including Bestech, this weekend. Honestly, the prices for a 2BHK are making my head spin. Fed up of renting yaar, landlord just hiked the rent again. Trying to do the EMI vs rent math but it's tough. I'm looking at something around ₹1.5 Cr for a 2BHK, maybe a small 3BHK if lucky. Builders quote one price, but then there's stamp duty, registration, parking, PLC, IFMS... kitna extra lag jaata hai? Is there a thumb rule for the 'all-in' cost over the base price? And what about hidden charges at possession? suna hai bohot surprise lagte hain. Also, floor rise premium and PLC, are they really worth it ya just builder ka kamaal? Just wanna make sure I'm not missing anything big. Any advice on what to look out for in the final breakup?
