Gurgaon property hunt: big budget gap confusion
Is it just me or is the price difference between these Gurgaon projects insane? Finally decided to stop renting, yaar, landlord ne rent badha diya phir se. Dekh raha tha Savyasachi Amaya Greens, around 30L mil raha hai, ongoing hai. But then Max Estate 361 bhi dekha, upcoming hai and 4 Cr+ ka hai. Matlab itna huge jump. I'm confused if it's better to go for something like Amaya Greens jo jaldi mil jayega ya Max Estate mein wait karke long-term appreciation milegi? Builder trust bhi ek factor hai, Max Estate ka track record Gurgaon mein kaisa hai? Any thoughts on which is a better investment, especially for a first-time buyer like me? Possession risk bhi toh hai.

For a first-time buyer like us, the main goal is a home, not just an investment for 4 Cr. Amaya Greens agar ready to move ya near possession hai aur budget mein fit ho raha hai, toh le lo. Gurgaon market mein abhi bhi affordable housing mein delays common hain, but at least you get a roof over your head. Long term appreciation sabka guaranteed nahi hota, especially with smaller builders. Better to prioritize possession and budget.
I booked a flat near Airport Road a few years back, and trust me, builder reputation matters more than anything. My project got delayed by almost 3 years. Savyasachi ka 2022 possession date tha, agar abhi tak nahin mila toh it's a huge risk. Max Estate is like a different league, unka delivery record aur quality generally better hota hai, but haan, price point is something else.

Itna low price Gurgaon mein ab bahut risky lagta hai. Ya toh location Baharampur Naya jaisa hoga ya quality compromise hoga. Long term mein appreciation utna nahi milega jitna high-end projects mein milta hai.

Residential mein bhi they are entering with high-end projects. Savyasachi Amaya Greens ka RERA number 212 hai, possession date 2022-09-01 thi. Abhi tak possession mila kya, yeh check karo pehle.

Same here! Rent badhte badhte ab soch raha hu apna ghar le hi lu. Max Estate ka naam toh bahut suna hai, but it's for a completely different league. We need options in the 30-50L range jo actually delivery de payein.
