Builder ka quoted price sunke lagta hai ho jayega, but I'm really confused about the *actual* total cost. What all should I factor in beyond the base price – like stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, interiors? Log kehte hain possession ke time aur bhi charges aate hain, unka kya scene hai? Koi experience share kar sakta hai ki Reputed Builder projects mein kitna extra laga? Also, price negotiation, does it actually work in Gurgaon? Kitna realistic discount expect kar sakte hain on a 2BHK in this range, especially from a big name builder? Ya phir woh bas bolne ki baatein hain? Honestly not sure if I should push hard or just accept the initial quote. What do experienced buyers yahan advise karte hain?
