Visited projects on Golf Course Extension Road last weekend. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 28, thinking 3BHK upgrade. Prices feel crazy high. Lagta hai market overvalued hai ya yeh growth sustainable hai? Kya 2026 tak Dwarka Expressway jaise areas mein prices aur badhenge? Opinions?
