Gurgaon property prices: Is there any negotiation left?

₹2.8 Cr for a 3BHK on Golf Course Extension Road, that's what a broker quoted me last week. My wife and I are finally selling our big house, kids have moved out, so we're looking for something manageable, low maintenance. We've checked out a few places near Dwarka Expressway too, but prices wahan bhi seem pretty high, yaar. Is it just me, or has the market gone crazy? Matlab, for a compact 3BHK, are these prices justified? And what about maintenance charges? Builders show one thing, but actual RWA charges can be a shocker. We also need good hospitals nearby. Any advice on societies with reasonable maintenance and quick access to medical facilities? Honestly, not sure if we're looking in the right places.
