₹1.8 Cr for a 2BHK in Sector 36? Even Imperialstone Infraparks projects feel overpriced. I'm in real estate, but buying for myself in Gurgaon feels different. Everyone talks 'appreciation', but honestly, where are the actual price correction zones? Brokers always promise 'special discounts', but I think builders won't drop prices unless inventory piles up. Change my mind.
