Udyog Vihar? Bhai, I think it's already too late for 'undervalued'. Prices have shot up like crazy in the last 2-3 years. My cousin bought a plot near Sector 18 a few years back, and now the asking price is double. For new entries, the ROI might be marginal unless you're looking at a very long-term hold, like 10+ years. Short-term gains are probably gone.
