Gurgaon: Ready flat ya Under-con gamble?
Under-construction projects in Gurgaon have become a mental burden, no matter the builder. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. I'm torn between Vatika Lifestyle Homes (completed) and Signature Global Titanium SPR (ongoing). Vatika is ready, no possession headache, but what about the actual total cost of ownership? Stamp duty, maintenance, interiors – sab jodke kitna padega? Signature Global Titanium is ₹5 Cr+ and ongoing, so under-construction ka risk toh hai hi. People glorify new launches, but nobody talks about the potential builder delays and quality issues. Is Signature Global's premium justified, ya Vatika mein better deal milega overall? What's the real ground reality for maintenance charges and builder trust for both? Disagree? Tell me why.
