Spent the whole weekend looking at rental data for Sector 65 and Golf Course Extension Road. Honestly, the 30-40% rent increase over the last two years feels completely unjustified. I've been tracking this market for a while, and while capital appreciation is good, this rental jump seems disconnected from typical yield growth. We're seeing 2BHKs in some areas pushing ₹45k-₹55k. Is this really sustainable, or is it just a temporary spike? Wondering if others have similar data or if I'm missing something. Will this stabilize?
