Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices. Sector 53 mein 1BHK ka rent bhi itna high ho gaya hai. My current 2BHK near Cyber City ka rent toh 30% jump kar gaya hai. Is this rent hike justified? Kya lagta hai, will it stabilise soon or will it keep climbing? I'm thinking about moving to Dwarka Expressway for better value, but convenience ka kya hoga?

Justified toh bilkul nahi hai. Demand-supply ka game hai, but itna bhi kya? Builders ki taraf se koi new supply nahi aa rahi kya market mein?
U3, new supply is definitely an issue. Many projects that were supposed to be delivered in 2023-24 are facing delays. RERA data shows a significant backlog. This artificial scarcity is driving up prices, both for buying and renting.
Totally agree, yaar! My landlord just hiked my rent by 25% for a 1BHK in Sector 43. I'm literally eating Maggi every other day to save money. Dwarka Expressway sounds good on paper but daily commute ka soch ke hi darr lagta hai.
Same here, U2! Maggi is life now. My landlord also increased rent by 20% in Sector 56. Kya karein?
