₹38k for a 2BHK in Sector 65? Honestly, I just realized how much rents have shot up in Gurgaon. My current place near Cyber City went up 30% in two years. Is this rent surge actually pushing people towards buying? EMI vs rent ka calculation ab badal gaya hai. Brokers are also a nightmare with their 1-month commission. Any hacks for finding direct landlord rentals, especially around Dwarka Expressway? Would love tips.

Sahi pakde ho! Rent toh rocket pe hai. But buying? Bhai, property prices bhi toh kam nahi hain. EMI will be even higher than rent in most cases, especially with these interest rates.
Absolutely! Yehi haal hai mera bhi. My rent in Sector 49 increased by ₹5000 just last month. It feels like throwing money into a black hole. Buying seems like the only logical step now, but the property prices are scaring me off even more.
