Builder ka legal track record toh online reviews aur legal news portals pe search karna padega. But be cautious, sometimes even RERA registered projects face issues. My budget is also tight, so I'm extra careful.

Mera ek friend Baharampur Naya mein Vatika ke project mein fasa hua hai, RERA pe completion date kuch aur thi, builder ne abhi tak possession nahi diya.
