Honestly, I'm finding this property search for a smaller place in Gurgaon quite daunting, especially with all the legal stuff. Kids have moved out, don't need such a big place anymore, so looking for something manageable, maybe a 2BHK in Sector 65. What's the best way to properly check RERA registration for builders like Making Good Happen? Sunte hain, builder delay kare toh RERA mein complaint karna mushkil hai. Is it actually effective ya bas paper pe hai? Any tips on what red flags to look for beyond just the registration number? Don't want a delayed OC issue. Hope this helps someone.
