Spent the whole Sunday checking out options on Dwarka Expressway. My wife's main priority is a safe neighborhood for the kids and a good school nearby, so we need at least a 3BHK. Honestly, everyone talks about RERA protecting buyers, but is it really that effective? I'm looking at builder-buyer agreements, and some clauses still seem heavily skewed. What if a builder like Corona Group delays possession for my project near Sujjan Vihar? RERA mein complaint karna kitna easy hai and does it actually get results? I feel like it's mostly on paper. Change my mind.

Sahi kaha bhai, Corona Group ka toh record hi zero hai. Aise builders se toh door hi raho. Why take a chance?
Exactly my point! My uncle filed a RERA complaint for a project near Basai. It took him almost 3 years to get his money back, that too after a lot of legal fees and stress. So, results *can* come, but it's not a magic wand. You need deep pockets and patience for the legal battle.
Bhai, RERA mein complaint filing is online and relatively easy, but the process after that takes time. Hearings, evidence... it's not a quick fix. Results depend on how strong your case is and builder's financial health. Agar builder bankrupt ho gaya, toh RERA bhi kya karega?
