Gurgaon RERA: Is it really effective for investors?

Just moved into my Silverglades Hightown flat last month and honestly, the RERA process feels like a joke. Everyone glorifies RERA as buyer protection, but I feel many builder-buyer agreements still heavily favor the builder, even with RERA registration. Is checking the RERA number enough? Did anyone really scrutinize Yashvi Builders' legal track record or the agreement fine print? I wish I had. What's your actual experience with RERA complaints in Gurgaon? Effective or just on paper? Change my mind.
