I'm looking at places like Adani Samsara Arya and trying to check their RERA status properly. Yaar, website pe bas registration number dikhta hai, but what about the actual track record? Builders like Ocean Seven, unka past project delays ka kya scene hai? Koi real red flags hain jo RERA registration mein dikhte hain? Also, builder-buyer agreement mein hidden clauses ka kya karein? Agar builder delay karta hai, RERA mein complain karna kitna effective hai Gurgaon mein? Is it just on paper or actually helps get possession ya penalty? Has anyone had success?

Sahi keh rahe ho bhai! Ocean Seven ka toh naam sunke hi doubt hota hai. Zero projects ka matlab hi hai ki they have no track record, good or bad. Bahut risky lagta hai aise builders ke saath jaana.
