Resale mein brokerage (both sides sometimes), society transfer charges, maintenance arrears, electricity meter transfer fees, property tax dues – sab check karna padta hai. Mere ek colleague ne Airport Road (Gurgaon side) pe liya tha, usko 50k extra dene pade the sirf pending maintenance ke. Ye sab pehle hi clear kar lena. Warna budget hil jaata hai.

U7, RERA website pe check kar sakte ho, but sometimes updates are slow. Better to ask for the OC copy from the seller directly and verify with the concerned authority like DTCP. Legal opinion bhi le lo, it helps clear doubts.
