Gurgaon resale market: What's the real negotiation scope?
Honestly not sure if I'm overthinking this, but buying property for myself is way different than selling it for others. I work in real estate, so I know the builder games, but personal money is different. I'm looking at some resale options, maybe an Ireo project near Sarhol, jo Dwarka Expressway ke paas hai. Meri understanding hai ki secondary market mein negotiation ka scope zyada hota hai compared to new launches. Kya yeh sach hai Gurgaon mein? Also, OC milne ke baad kya brokers ka cut zyada ho jata hai? What about PLC aur floor-rise premium on older properties, is it still a factor in resale value? Yaar, new projects mein toh builders bilkul nahi hilte, but resale mein kya deal ban sakti hai? Any experiences on how much margin one can expect to negotiate on a 2BHK or 3BHK in Gurgaon's secondary market?
