Bhai, you're not wrong. Gurgaon mein resale, especially near DLF Phase 3, is tough. Builders ki direct pricing hi itni high hai ki secondary market mein margin hi nahi bachta. Negotiation ka scope bahut kam hai, mostly 2-3% max agar urgent sale ho to.
