Bhai, you've hit the nail on the head! Gurgaon secondary market, especially for established projects like Vipul, is indeed a battleground. Main khud Airport Road ke paas ek Vipul project dekh raha tha for investment. Negotiation is definitely possible, but it depends heavily on how desperate the seller is, not the builder. Direct builder se toh ab kuch nahi milega in resale. Brokers are kings here, but unse bhi sambhal ke rehna, they'll always push for their commission.
