Gurgaon mein value ab sirf secondary market mein milti hai, builders toh price inflate karte hi rehte hain. I'm checking out a 3BHK near Sector 42, but primary market mein ₹2.5 Cr+ prices seem too high for a 3BHK. Global Horizon Holdings ka ek project dekha, unka floor-rise premium kaafi aggressive hai. Yaar, secondary market mein kya negotiation scope hota hai? I know builders don't budge much for new launches. Any specific areas jahan price correction possible ho? Dwarka Expressway ya Golf Course Extension pe?
