Been looking for properties in Gurgaon for almost a year now, aur Vipul Orchid Square ka brochure toh achha lag raha hai. Meri wife aur main first-time buyers hain, aur family ke liye safety top priority hai. Wahan ka security system kaisa hai actually? Matlab, CCTVs work karte hain ya bas showpiece hain? Visitor management kitna strict hota hai daily basis par, aur guards ki quality kaisi hai? Also, children's play area ka kya scene hai? Woh bas ek ticked-off checkbox hai ya actual mein kids use kar sakte hain safely, with good upkeep? Honestly not sure if builder promises match reality. My parents keep saying ki amenities ka bahut farak padta hai later. Should we consider it seriously for long-term family living?

Bhai, Vipul Orchid Square? 2007 ka possession hai! Itni purani society ke liye ₹3.5 Cr se ₹11.5 Cr ka range? My parents also said amenities matter, but at this price for an old place, upkeep must be a nightmare. Are you sure you checked other options?
