Sirf RERA website pe registration dekhna enough nahi hai; you need to check court cases, consumer forums, aur news articles. Ireo ke projects mein bahut issues rahe hain. Mera ek relative Airport Road wale project mein phansa hua hai, possession mein 3 saal delay ho gaya hai. Dubai se manage karna aur bhi difficult hoga, ground pe kisi trusted bande ko laga lo.
