Gurgaon upgrade confusion: When to buy?
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector for a 3BHK upgrade. I'm currently in a 2BHK near Market Road, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a small villa. Already have a home loan, so EMI is a big factor. Builders like CGHS Group or others on Golf Course Extension Road keep pushing pre-launch offers. Kya sahi mein discount milta hai usmein, ya baad mein prices fluctuate ho jaate hain? Is early-bird actually a discount? Also, with prices already high, especially near Dwarka Expressway, are there any 'price correction' zones left in Gurgaon where one can still find value? My budget is around ₹2-3 Cr. Should I go through a broker for better deals or directly approach builders? Kisi ko experience hai negotiating on new projects?
