Gurgaon upgrade dilemma: Is this price hike sustainable?

Gurgaon mein abhi jo price hike chal raha hai, kya lagta hai 2026 tak sustainable hai? I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa around Dwarka Expressway ya Sector 114. Prices have shot up so much yaar. Already have a home loan, so the EMI jump needs to be worth it. Is this current market surge real demand, ya correction possible hai? What's your take on future appreciation for these areas?
