Gurgaon upgrade: Hidden costs making me rethink

Honestly, I'm so frustrated with these hidden charges. I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 82, eyeing a 3BHK on Golf Course Ext Road. Considering DLF, M3M, Emaar. The PLCs and maintenance deposits are insane. Are Godrej or Sobha better on transparency with final costs? How much extra did you actually pay?

Totally get what you mean! I'm also looking at Golf Course Ext Road and the premium for 'prime location' or 'view' is just ridiculous. Builders like M3M and DLF really know how to squeeze every rupee. My budget is already stretched thin, and then these surprise charges hit.

Exactly! They add on so many things. Builder ka 'luxury' charge is our 'looting' charge. It's so frustrating for first-timers.
