Luxury Floors Gee Aar vs GLS Avenue 81 - what's the actual ground reality for both? I'm in a 2BHK now, thinking of upgrading. Is the ready-to-move premium for Gee Aar worth it over GLS Avenue's under-construction risk? Aur total cost of ownership mein kitna farak padega, considering stamp duty and interiors?

Bhai, ye Luxury Floors Gee Aar ka 6.5 Cr ka price toh sunke hi hosh udd gaye! I'm upgrading from a 2BHK, but this is a different league. GLS Avenue 81 under-construction hai, toh shayad thoda better value for money milega? Ready-to-move ka premium itna zyada hota hai kya, ya Gee Aar kuch extra hi charge kar raha hai?
