Okay I'll be honest — buying property for myself is way harder than selling it. Even though I work in real estate, jab khud ka paisa lagta hai, sab marketing spin dikhta hai. I'm checking out Signature Global Proxima, and on paper, sab sahi lagta hai. But I know what builders don't tell you. Real talk, water supply ka kya scene hai? Tanker dependency kitni hai ya phir reliable hai water supply? Also, power backup kitna milta hai, full flat ya sirf common areas? Aur jo children's play area dikhate hain brocher mein, woh actually usable aur safe hai ya sirf ek ticked-off checkbox? Seeking opinions from actual residents. Does it feel like a genuine home, ya bas ek investment?
