Gurgaon water woes undermine Prem Nagar investments

Is Prem Nagar's investment potential real, considering the water supply situation? I'm based in Dubai and can't do site visits myself. Heard about tanker dependency in some parts. For a long-term rental investment, is this a major headache? How manageable are these issues if I need a property manager? Any specific projects doing better?
